Harris Auction may, at our discretion, place a $25 hold on the bidder’s credit card which will be reversed within 48 hours after the auction ends to an unsuccessful bidder. For a successful bidder, this hold will remain until balance has been paid in full. Harris Auction / HarrisAuctionOnLine.com reserves the right to deny access to any bidder, buyer or visitor at its sole discretion. Harris Auction may revoke any bidder's right to bid at any Harris Auction, or all future auctions at its sole discretion and without notice.
INSPECT PRIOR TO BIDDING
Harris Auction encourages all bidders to personally and thoroughly inspect items PRIOR TO BIDDING. Bidders are responsible to satisfy themselves as to any defects, suitability, marketability, completeness, including correctness of size, year, make, model, mileage, etc. of the item/lot. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION RESTS WITH THE BUYER. Lots are described as accurately as possible. Auctioneer and/or Seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith and shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the catalog or other written or verbal descriptions.
By submitting a bid, it is understood that this is a “contract to purchase” which has been entered into for the lot(s). It is understood that, if the bid is successful, the bidder is obligated to pay the purchase price, plus tax, plus 10% to 13.5% Buyer Premium (depending on each sale), including any stated additional fee(s).
Harris Auction may execute reserve or absentee bids online when received as hardcopy, text, or phone bid as a convenience for our clients who may not have online capability and/or such in addition maybe used at a live verbal auction when used for this purpose only. A negotiated service fee will be charged for this service. Harris Auction will not be responsible for inadvertently failing to execute bids or for errors relating to execution of bids. All bidders agree to “hold harmless” against the seller and auctioneer if errors occur with the online bidding platform. Bidders are responsible for all purchases made with his/her number, whether by the registered bidder or by anyone he/she has allowed to use their number.
ONLINE AUCTION END TIME EXTENSION
If a bid is placed within the last 1 minute of the auction lot end "snipper bid", the auction will "Auto-Extend" for 1 additional minutes to allow all bidders a chance to post their final bids.
Buyer will be contacted in person, phone, text message and/or Email invoice within 24hrs of auction close.
Online bidders are sent "new invoice" to your email or maybe found in invoices in you account dashboard as well. Payment is due by end of day of sale unless other arrangements have been made by the Harris Auction Cashier for Payment. PAYMENT- IN-FULL is required prior to removal and before end of second business day.
Electronic Invoice will be emailed at end of Auction (See Comment Section for Additional Information).

Note: If purchased entirely or in part with major credit /debit card or PayPal buyer agrees to waive any rights to a claim or entitlement to a chargeback or credit against Harris Auction for the purchase. There is a $100 processing fee for processing credit card charge backs that are ultimately reversed in favor of Harris Auction. The bidder grants Harris Auction a standing authorization to charge the bidder’s credit card after 5 business days of the invoice date for any and all costs, fees, tax, and buyer’s premiums.
Any applicable value added tax (VAT), federal, state, county & city/town will be added to all purchases.
Note: No Tax if an acceptable copy of a valid sales tax exemption certificate and a completed AZ Dept of Revenue form 5000 is received prior to purchase. Wholesalers must have a Transaction Privilege Tax (“TPT”) or other state’s Sales Tax License to purchase tangible personal property for resale. No Tax on Coin.
An additional 10% to 13.5% Buyers Premium will be added to the selling price.
Harris Auction is a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer. You may not have someone else do the background check and receive a firearm for you (see “Straw Purchase”). Bidder is the Buyer Only. Bidding is open to Arizona Residents Only. Transfer must take place at our location in Chino Valley, AZ. A FFL transfer fee of $25 is added to the purchase. No transfer fee refund for a “Denied” background check. Purchase price will be refunded. Shipping FFL to FFL for transfer is at additional cost.
ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or ADJUSTMENTS.
Buyer agrees that purchased items are sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, not expressly warranted or guaranteed and the seller hereby disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchaser shall not be entitled to recover from seller any consequential damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income or any other incidental damages, Seller in no way guarantees or warrantees that any tool ,vehicle, equipment, aircraft, or watercraft is in conformance with current or original factory safety or emissions specifications. Harris Auction will not be responsible for any damage or theft occurrence. No price deduction or allowance will be made, nor setting aside of sale will be allowed due to any found incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted nor items discovered as missing or damaged.
Buyer is responsible for pickup of purchase(s) at the designated location and shall make arrangements
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY accompanied with the PAID RECEIPT from Harris Auction to pickup purchases.
Buyer is responsible for all costs of removal and responsible to provide all labor, tools and equipment needed to remove all items. Storage fees will be charged if pickup of the purchase cannot be accomplished within an agreed upon time. Transportation, loading, packaging, delivery and/or shipping are not included in the purchase price, contact Harris Auction for assistance.
AUTOMATIC STORAGE AGREEMENT
Once the buyer has completed the sale and has become the new owner, buyer automatically agrees to a storage rental agreement with Harris Auction or the seller. The storage fee shall be $25 per day. This fee is automatically waived for up to 10 days, longer if satisfactory arrangements have been made between parties. If no effort or no pickup has been accomplished after proper notice has been given, the storage fee shall become applicable. After proper notice is given, the item will be sold to satisfy the lien per Arizona Storage Lien Law(s) or disposed of at a cost to the buyer.
If requested, agreed upon, able and available, Harris Auction for consideration may assist with labor or means involved with loading, packing or delivery. In addition, time may be charged to arrange logistics for delivery or shipping shall be charged. Any shipping cost, truck or equipment use or rental, supplies, shall be applicably charged. (Call for quote and availability).
Parts and pieces of sold merchandise found discarded after item removal has occurred will be considered as discarded and abandoned and will be disposed of with other debris left behind during the process of removal and billed to the buyer as a yard expense.
Some items may have a seller reserve or minimum bid and will not be sold unless the reserve or minimum price has been obtained. The maintains right to either accept this bid and complete this sale (seller is responsible to present title to the buyer and removal date negotiated to be as soon as possible) or reject this bid by stating the desired reserve or minimum purchase price whereupon the bidder may meet the stated amount and complete the sale. This situation may be beyond the control of the auctioneer and may constitute a breach of contract by the seller. Otherwise, this bid shall stand rejected and constitute a No Sale. Any or all funds collected shall be returned to the unsuccessful bidder by Harris Auction or Seller.
The seller and/or Harris Auction reserve the right to withdraw any auction item(s) at any time and/or extend the duration of the auction. If “Bid Rigging” or “Collusion” is detected between bidders, the auctioneer will remedy or withdraw the item(s) from the sale or correct the online bidding process to protect the function or mechanism of the free market.
Harris Auction and HarrisAuctionOnLine.com reserves the right to reject any and all bids and Block Buyer from Bidding.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
In the event it becomes necessary for either party to collect any sum or sums due through legal action, seller(s) waives venue and agrees to pay all costs and expenses of such an action, including reasonable attorney's fees. Buyer/Bidder agrees to hold harmless Harris Auction, its owner(s), employees, associates and affiliates from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees and costs arising in whole or in part and in any manner from acts, omissions, breach or default. Should any dispute arise with Harris Auction, buyer/bidder agrees that exclusive jurisdiction & venue for any litigation arising out of such dispute shall be in Yavapai County, AZ. This agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
Conducted Per A.R.S. Lien Statutes. No Refunds, Sold As Is, Where Is. Redemption Rights Apply. Prohibited Items: Any Firearms discovered must be turned in to the manager but may be kept once an FFL transfer is completed. Personal, Business, Financial Records & Photographs must be left in unit or Returned to Manager. Personal & Illegal Items: Please Notify the Storage Manager. Redemption Rights: Owner maintains the Right to Redeem up until Sale Time. Refundable Cleaning Deposit: Added to purchase price. Amount is dependent on Unit. Deposit refunded upon satisfactory clean out. Items not removed will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of and deposit forfeit.

What is SMS Marketing?
Short message service (SMS) marketing is a method that businesses use to send bulk text messages to multiple consumers' mobile devices.
1. Program Description: We may send promotional and transactional mobile message in various format through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders. Transactional messages relate to the existing or ongoing transaction. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including a autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but should not exceed 3 messages per week You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your provider, as standard data and messages rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
2. User Opt-In: By Providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting into the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (928) 778-3240. Your Participation in the Program is not required to make any purchases from us and your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.
3. User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wis to opt-out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to the Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process you request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. For Support, Reply HELP to any mobile message from us.
Our mobile messaging platform may6 not recognize requests that modify the foregoing commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with the requirements in these Mobile Messaging Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
Modifications: We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
